Six months of desert driving and my car looks like it's been through a war

I do a lot of weekend trips out toward the dunes and the car has paid the price. Paint is dull, there's dust in places I didn't know existed, and the interior smells faintly of sunscreen and sand no matter how much I clean it. I've been wanting to get it properly sorted for a while but I keep putting it off because I'm not sure what a real detail actually involves versus what I can do myself. A friend sent me https://zenfoautoservices.ae/car-detailing-abu-dhabi/ after he had his car done somewhere similar, and looking through it gave me a better idea of the different levels of service available. Still trying to decide how far to go with it. Do I just need a thorough clean or should I be looking at paint correction and protection too? Curious what other people with desert driven cars do to keep them looking decent.
